Junya Ishigami(Arhitect)×La Chaise(Charles & Ray Eames, 1948)

This time, we will hold the charity auction, titled "Green Auction." In late years, the industrial development made our lives wealthy, and also gave the natural environment big influences. As a result, the phrase, like "Recycle", "Reduce"and "Reuse", are gradually recognized in the society. We considered what to do for the environment through design, and we decided to plan this "Green Auction." In cooperation with famous architects and interior designers, We will auction off our only one precious item through hhstyle.com online-shop and contribute its sales to the tree planting plan of Tokyo, named as "Green Tokyo Fund." This year, we ask Mr.Junya Ishigami to paint La Chaise, which is a masterpiece of Charles & Ray Eames. We hope that people will become interested in the environmental problem and ecology, and we will give them the opportunity to make action.

Umi-no-mori Project Found「海の森」プロジェクト募金

This project is promoted by Ishihara Tokyo Governor and Mr.Tadao Ando. Umi-no-Mori is a big park, which will be about 88ha (about 19 times size of Tokyo Dome) and made at the gateway of Tokyo Bay. Umi-no-Mori refers to a project to plant saplings in the landfill site reclaimed by waste soil near Pier in the Tokyo Bay to revive the site as a lush green forest. Now this project is consolidated to "Green Tokyo Fund" and they accept a donation.
